We are delighted to introduce our newest team member, Léna Sakalian-Black, who will be joining us throughout the summer months. Léna is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree with a major in Communications and Global Studies, and a minor in Marketing at the University of Otago.
Bringing experience in social media management and a keen interest in environmental sustainability, Léna commenced her role with us last week and will be contributing to various facets of our operations until mid-February. Her responsibilities include supporting marketing initiatives, handling administrative tasks, supporting smaller projects, and facilitating a smooth transition between outgoing and incoming managers during the summer.
“I’m really looking forward to working within the team, meeting new people and learning more about the Global Geopark initiative, whilst offering assistance where I can!” she says.
Please join us in extending a warm welcome to Léna as she becomes an integral part of our team. We look forward to the positive energy and fresh perspectives she will bring to our Geopark community.
