That Boulders Curry sounds amazing - I love that they're using locally grown spuds to celebrate the Geopark. Panang curry with lamb shank is such a hearty combo for October weather too. Speaking of food photos, I've been trying to get better at taking pics of my own cooking attempts, but they always end up looking like low quality images no matter what I do, so I might just embrace the aesthetic at this point. Might have to book a table if I'm ever in Ōamaru during the festival!
